The Army has concluded that 3 Minute Angels were a worthwhile addition to the workplace.
This week the Department of Defence placed a large order for massages for non-combat troops.
This is the first time such an order has been placed and we don’t know what was driving their decision – workplace stress, improving morale, showing their troops that they’re valued. Probably all these things.
This got us wondering about corporate Australia and what they think is necessary to engage their staff.
The Army (who have the ability to order their troops instead of asking nicely) decided it was worthwhile to bring in the Angels.
So the question begs: What will your company do this year to make its troops less stressed, happier and engaged?
